Ingredients

5 Ingredients:

  • ½ cup of NotMilk™ any variation
  • 1 ¼ cup of water
  • 1 tbsp of green tea
  • 3 ice cubes
  • Sweetener to taste

Steps

  • For the tea, heat the water in the kettle until 190ºF. Put the green tea in a glass bowl and add the hot water. Let it rest for 10 min
  • Strain the mixture and let rest until cool
  • Once it's cool, combine the ice and green tea and add sweetener to taste
  • For the foam, use an Aeroccino and active the Iced Nitro mode. When it's ready, spoon the foam over the tea
  • Optional: sprinkle Matcha powder over the foam for decoration


 

Notes

We used NotMilk™ in this version, but 2% is just as delicious!
