Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of NotMilk™
  • 1 Banana
  • 1/2 cup of coconut milk
  • 1 tsp of agave syrup 
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon powder 
  • 1 tbsp of coconut flakes (for decoration) 
  • 1/4 of cup chia seeds

Steps

  1. Grind half of the banana with a fork in a bowl.
  2. Add the chia seeds, coconut milk, NotMilk™, agave syrup and cinnamon powder.
  3. Mix with the whisk and let it sit for 1 hour in the fridge.
  4. Transfer the chia pudding into a glass cup and decorate with the coconut flakes and the other half of banana sliced.
