  • 1 1/4 cup of NotMilk™
  • 1/2 cup of coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup of sugar 
  • 2 tbsp of instant yeast
  • 3 1/2 cups of wheat flour 
  • 1 tsp of salt


  • 1/3 cup of vegetable oil
  • 3 tbsp of cinnamon powder
  • 1 cup of sugar


  • 1 tbsp of NotMilk™
  • 1/3 cup of powdered sugar 



  1. Add the NotMilk™, sugar and yeast into the mixing bowl. Mix with a spoon and let it rest for 15 minutes until the yeast it's activated.
  2. Add the water, flour and salt to the activated yeast. Blend well until a dough is formed.
  3. Knead for 10 minutes until smooth and soft.
  4. Form a ball, place in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap.
  5. Ferment for 30 minutes in a warm place (90ºF) keeping out of direct sunlight.
  6. After the 30 minutes, roll into a 1cm thick rectangle.


  1. Mix the cinnamon powder and brown sugar in a bowl.
  2. Brush the dough with half of the vegetable oil mixture and sprinkle the cinnamon and sugar mix on top.
  3. Roll and cut into 6 portions.
  4. Place rolls onto a pan. Cover with a lid and let it ferment for another 30 minutes in a warm place.
  5. Brush again with the rest of the vegetable oil.
  6. Bake at 350ºF for 20 minutes.


  1. Mix the powdered sugar, lemon juice and NotMilk™ in a bowl.
  2. Decorate with the frosting once it's out of the oven.


You can make this recipe with either NotMiIk™ 2% Reduced Fat or Whole. Enjoy it!
