Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup NotMilk™
  • 1 1/4 cup of wheat flour
  • 1 cup of yellow corn flour
  • 2/3 cup of sugar
  • 1 tbsp of salt
  • 1 tsp of baking powder
  • 1/3 cup of vegetable oil

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 390ºF.
  2. Add the flour, corn flour, sugar, salt and baking powder into the mixing bowl.
  3. Mix all the ingredients.
  4. Add the NotMilk™ and vegetable oil, mix at low speed until everything is blended.
  5. Pour the mixture into an oiled pan.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out dry.
  7. Let it cool before serving.

You can make this recipe with either NotMiIk™ 2% Reduced Fat or Whole. Enjoy it!
