Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of NotMilk™
  • 1/4 cups of wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup od whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 cup of cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp of flax flour
  • 1/4 tsp of salt
  • 1/3 cup of vegan chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup of coconut oil
  • 2 tsps of vanilla essence

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  2. Combine the wheat flour, flax, sugar, cocoa powder and salt into a bowl.
  3. Add the oil, NotMilk™ and vanilla to the dry mixture.
  4. Mix all the ingredients with a spatula until smooth.
  5. Transfer the mixture into an oiled square cake pan.
  6. Add the vegan chocolate chips to the dough.
  7. Bake for 35 minutes at 350ºF.
  8. Let it cool before removing from the pan.
  9. Cut in squares, serve and enjoy!
