Ingredients

  • 1 cup of NotMilk™ 
  • 2 shots of Espresso
  • 3 tbsp of brown sugar
  • 4 tbsp of pea protein powder
  • 1 cup of your favorite Vanilla ice cream
  • ½ tsp of hazelnut
  • ½ tsp of cocoa powder
  • Ice

 

Steps

  1. Add the ice, espresso and ice cream into the blender.
  2. Blend for 1 minute until smooth.
  3. Add the pea protein, NotMilk™ and coconut sugar. Blend for 1 minute.
  4. For the serving, pour the mix in a chilled glass and sprinkle the cocoa powder and hazelnut over it.

 

Notes

You can make this recipe with either NotMiIk™ 2% Reduced Fat or Whole. Enjoy it!
