For the Wrap

  • 4 Not Burger Patties, in ½” pieces

  • 2 Large Tortillas

  • Iceberg lettuce

  • 1 Avocado, mashed

  • ½ cup Sour Cream

  • Cilantro, finely chopped

  • Lime juice (optional)

For the Sauce

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise

  • ½ cup sweet chili sauce

  • 1 teaspoon gochujang

  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup

  • 1 teaspoon salt


  1. Cook the Not Chicken Patties as directed in the oven or until golden and crispy.

  2. Mix the mayo, sweet chili sauce, gochujang, maple syrup, and salt together in a small bowl. Set aside.

  3. Once patties have cooked, let cool for 5 minutes. Cut into 1/2” pieces and toss with the sauce in a bowl.

  4. Now time to assemble, on top of the tortilla add the lettuce, chicken pieces, avocado, sour cream, cilantro and lime if using.

  5. Wrap tightly and serve with hot sauce or leftover bang bang sauce.

  6. Enjoy!
